Project Form Worker Roles Available
Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Form Workers to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a full-time shift work position, requiring applicants to work up to 60 hours per week.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing formwork tasks to support the project's progress, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. They will work on the No6 Reline in Port Kembla, collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, erect, align, and fix formwork for concrete structures according to specifications
* Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
* Work with reinforcing steel (rebar) as required
* Maintain strong safety standards, maintaining clean and safe work areas
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants must have prior experience as a Form Worker / Form Setter on commercial or civil construction projects. They must also be physically fit, able to work long hours, and possess good communication skills.
