The Position
* Full time, in-office position supporting the Property Managers with all Tenant related queries.
* Assisting with booking routine inspections
* Processing tenant applications for lease properties
* Coordinating maintenance and follow up
* Ad hoc admin duties to the property management team
The Criteria
* Minimum of two years previous experience in property management.
* Current PM Registration
* Strong admin, customer service and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and care factor
* A desire to learn and develop your career
