* A starting salary of $78,000 (inclusive of superannuation and Incentive Compensation Plan Bonus) plus additional perks

What you’ll do:
Business Graduate
As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their challenges, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
* Planning and scoping project objectives
* Conducting research and fieldwork to diagnose business issues
* Documenting insights and forming recommendations
* Preparing deliverables for clients
To be eligible, you’ll need:
* To have completed your University degree within the last two years.
* Australian Citizenship (for security clearance purposes).
* To be located in Canberra or be willing to relocate.
* Availability to commence full-time work in February 2027.
Desirable qualities:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges.
* Prior work experience or internships in professional services or a related field.
