Role overview 
The role of Partnership Manager (Perth) reports to the Commercial Manager and supports and coordinates all aspects of successful campaign management with key clients. You will lead client campaign implementation to ensure campaigns are on time, on budget, and delivered to agreed deliverables with excellent service. You will lead meetings from commencement to conclusion, with large campaigns requiring progress reports and frequent client communication. You will establish and develop strong relationships and direct lines of communication for key stakeholders and clients to ensure successful campaign implementations. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead the client campaign implementation to ensure on‑time delivery, on‑budget execution, and delivery of agreed deliverables with high service standards. 
- Spearhead meetings from start to finish, including progress report meetings with the client for large campaigns. 
- Establish and develop strong relationships and direct communication channels for key stakeholders and clients to enable successful campaign execution. 
Our ideal candidate will 
- Have previous campaign management / sales experience within radio, media or similar. 
- Have experience managing partner servicing plans, budgets and other deliverables. 
- Have outstanding relationship / stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate complexity and manage multiple agendas. 
- Have excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects. 
- Be a team player with a proven ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions. 
- Experience within a media and/or advertising agency would be well regarded. 
- Have a passion for sport and/or media. 
Qualifications 
Relevant experience in partnerships, campaign management, or sales within media or related industries is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and time‑management skills are required.
