Project Coordinator Roofing & Restoration (Remote, Full-Time)
TradeVA is hiring on behalf of a reputable Roofing Restoration company based in Queensland, Australia. The business specializes in roof waterproofing, tile roof repairs, asbestos roof replacement, commercial roofing, gutter guard installation, and complete roof restoration services. We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator who can support project operations, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure that every job flows smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities (Prioritized):
* Manage and organize client records, including contracts, invoices, project files, and essential documentation.
* Coordinate and schedule appointments, onsite inspections, and contractor availability.
* Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deadlines to ensure on-time job completion.
* Handle incoming emails and communication from clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely follow-up.
* Prepare and distribute project progress reports for internal and client use.
* Review scopes of work and request change orders/variations when required.
* Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and job-related cost monitoring.
* Update project proposals, presentations, and job documentation as needed.
* Manage and update CRM/job management tools to ensure accurate project data.
* Collaborate closely with the project team to support operational flow and address project roadblocks.
* Perform general administrative and project support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications (Prioritized):
* Senior High School diploma or higher; a degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction is an advantage.
* 1-2 years project coordination experience, preferably within construction, roofing, or trades.
* Proven experience working remotely with personal equipment (laptop/desktop, headset, webcam, reliable internet).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using project or job management software.
* Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
* Experience with CRM or construction/job management tools is a plus.
