THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking high-calibre Non-Executive Directors to join our board at a critical moment in our growth trajectory.
You'll be working alongside our Chair and CEO - serial entrepreneurs with a history of building companies from the ground up, securing institutional capital, executing M&A, and delivering major exits through trade sales and public listings.
Cheapest Liquor is engineered to become one of Australia's next major growth stories, with a clear pathway toward a high-value exit (trade sale or IPO).
ROLE DETAILS
Position: Non-Executive Director
Remuneration: No salary first 12 months; equity participation available for the right candidate
Focus: Strategic oversight, commercial guidance, governance, and shaping the next stage of national expansion
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Senior leaders with C-suite or director-level experience across liquor, e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, marketplaces, or adjacent high-growth sectors
Proven ability to scale companies, disrupt entrenched industries, or lead businesses towards successful exits
Strong commercial acumen and networks that enhance strategic decision-making at board level
