Your Time to Shine
The Apprentice Liaison Team Leader leads a team that manages a caseload of apprentices and employers, supporting, guiding and connecting apprentices with support services throughout their training. The role is responsible for delivering consistent, high‐quality services, career pathway advice and retention outcomes to Group Training Organisations, Apprentice Connect Australia providers, the SA Skills Commission and educators.
What You'll Bring
* Highly developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective networks, provide well‐formulated written and verbal advice, reports and briefings to senior management and communicate and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels.
* Previous experience leading a team, with a focus on sustaining and improving team engagement and standardising processes to ensure consistency.
* Demonstrated experience in the development and coordination of a student/case management approach including providing contextualised and tailored advice to internal and external customers within the Australian Apprenticeship and/or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
