Opportunity
Due to growth across the business and our expanding Same Employer Division, we have a great opportunity for an Experienced or New Graduate Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist looking to grow their clinical experience into a new direction of helping people.
Full induction, training, and buddy system provided to set you up for success, including weekly and monthly team meetings targeted at developing your exposure to different psychometrics.
In your new role you will manage a portfolio of clients with a psychological disorder, creating and monitoring rehabilitation plans and aim to gradually return your clients back to work.
You will develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
Client Portfolio Management
* Manage a portfolio of clients with a physical injury
* Complete initial assessments to better understand the injury, recovery timeframes and return to work goals
* Visit the workplace to assess environment and duties within the role, identify suitable duties with employer of any suitable duties while recovering
* Provide support through recommendations for community assistance or additional support through the insurer
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide complex stakeholder management to support the recovery of an injured worker
* Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements, applying your clinical judgement to support and guide your clients to a safe return to work goal

About You
* General Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
* Tertiary degree as a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist
* Car and valid Driver's license
* Satisfactory police check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
