Grayhouse is looking for an interior designer with proven experience in interior
design roles, ideally experience in collaborating with architects across Perth and the
Southwest of WA.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project lead and clients to define interior design brief and project
scope
- Ensure designs comply with regulations and standards.
- Develop and present interior design concepts aligned with project brief
- Prepare drawings, fixtures and finishes schedules and specifications to
effectively communicate to clients, consultants and authorities.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and construction teams to refine and deliver
design solutions for documentation and during construction.
- Prepare detailed documentation for construction
Tasks
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept through to completion
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly between Perth and the Southwest
of WA
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) preparing sketches, diagrams,
illustrations and plans to communicate design concepts to clients and all
stakeholders
- Solid experience working with local suppliers in Perth and the Margaret River
region
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with clients,
consultants, and project teams
- Hands-on site experience, including attending site visits and overseeing
implementation
- Strong design sensibility with a bold, creative, and detail-oriented approach
- Demonstrated experience in furniture procurement and interior styling, with
the ability to curate and prepare spaces for editorial photoshoots
