**Where you'll be working**
Join our Mental Health Intake Services Team, based at the Thwaites Building within James Fletcher Hospital. **About the role**
In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing mental health concerns, their families, and carers. You will:
- Conduct mental health triage and assessments, ensuring smooth and efficient care coordination.
- Provide telehealth assessments for rural emergency departments through the Northern Mental Health Emergency Care - Rural Access Program (NMHEC - RAP).
- Process and respond to incoming mental health referrals across Hunter New England Mental Health.
