About the Position
You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio within a supportive team. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
* Manage a clean, well-organized portfolio with strong engagement from rental providers.
* Handle maintenance requests in a timely manner.
* Prepare lease renewals, VCAT documentation, and attend hearings as required.
* Develop strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors.
* Collaborate closely with an Investment Property Consultant on client onboarding.
