Job Description:
A Case Support Worker plays a pivotal role at a community youth organization, fostering the well-being of at-risk youth and cultivating a positive atmosphere within the community.
Main Responsibilities
* Safeguarding Participant Well-being: Ensure the safety and security of participants through effective case management strategies.
* Providing Individualized Support: Offer tailored support to at-risk youth within the Youth Skills program.
* Fostering Community Relationships: Develop strong bonds with the community to promote a positive atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent qualification
* Demonstrated experience in case management
