ROLE PURPOSE
This position is responsible for driving/manning/maintaining local warehouse and logistics process to achieve optimal inventory availability and support for the local sales and service/field service operations.

- Aligns demand plan for spares to execution and coordinate the monthly forecasting process by working closely with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory and Corporate/Regional Supply Chain effectively
- Plans and executes the Product Life Cycle components from Launch, Replenishment and Exit to reduce possible scrap cost.
- Recommends and pursues appropriate disposition of returned, damaged/expired and off-specs inventory, in consultation with Finance, Marketing and Sales as required.
- Performs write-off procedure and plays a role as Person-in charge to ensure compliance by 3rd party logistics - in particular; when dealing with damages attributed to shipment issues, insurance claims, late delivery etc.
- Continuously refines stocking levels to meet changing business requirement by monitoring inventory level (e.g. sales forecasts vs. actual sales, inventory levels vs. actual sales) to develop corrective actions, ensuring that the MOH (Month on Hand) kept at a healthy level by proactively deploying excess.
- Follow through with EOSL scrap instructions/request from corporate service team.
- Monitors delivery lead time and targeted arrival date. Expedites deliveries as and when required.
- Manages warehouse activities including general operations, safety, cleanness, security and inventory control, according to SOP.
- Handles customs clearance/maintenance work in a timely manner, cooperating with forwarders and other necessary external vendors. Prepares all shipping documents including required customs documents.
- Prepares for regular/yearly inventory and warehouse audits.
- Reports and reconciles inventory discrepancies monthly or as reported, according to the company policy.
- Ensures orders are dispatched in a timely and productive manner to meet service commitment to customers.
- Manages and controls receipt/documents relating to logistics activities.
- Effectively manages work processes and data in SAP.
- Supports in extracting and analyzing system data in order to identify and recommend improvements to supply chain metrics and meeting performance standards.
- Develops and maintains supportive, productive and effective relationships at all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrates a solid work ethic and represents the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
