We are seeking an Investee Relations Officer to support the management of investee relationships and contribute to the delivery of investment outcomes.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven role with a clear commercial and investment focus, working with organisations that have received funding or investment support.
You will:
* Act as a key point of contact for investees, responding to enquiries and maintaining ongoing engagement
* Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, communities and businesses
* Monitor investee progress, performance and compliance with agreed terms
* Support due diligence activities, including gathering and analysing business and financial information
* Assist in evaluating business proposals and investment readiness
* Coordinate reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication
* Identify risks or issues and escalate where required
* Support meetings, forums and engagement activities
About You
You bring a balance of stakeholder engagement capability and commercial awareness, with the ability to understand and work within an investment or funding environment.

You will bring:
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Experience in stakeholder engagement, program delivery, finance, lending or investment environments
* Experience in commercial lending and/or impact investing (debt and equity)

* Analytical thinking and attention to detail
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships
* Sound judgement and confidence to follow up on performance and outcomes

Requirements
* Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in business, finance, commerce, economics or a related field
* NT Driver's Licence
* National Criminal History Check and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
* Willingness to travel to regional and remote locations
