This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-impact advertising campaigns on one of the fastest-growing digital platforms. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling TikTok campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. Accountabilities:
* Setting up, managing, and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns, including TikTok Shop, ad sets, and creatives.
* Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and producing performance reports.
* Testing new strategies, audience segments, and creative approaches to improve results and ROI.
* Collaborating with creative teams to provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data.
* Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Supporting the launch, scaling, and optimization of new products and campaigns.
* Managing additional campaign-related tasks to ensure consistent performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced in performance marketing:
* Proven experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally on TikTok Ads.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, performance tracking, and optimization techniques.
* Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
