Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing first-line technical support by resolving user issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
* Managing service requests and incidents through ticketing systems with timely resolution and clear communication
* Maintaining user access, system functionality, and customer satisfaction across the organization
* Responding to incoming tickets and phone support including software installation, hardware issues, and access problems
* Performing remote troubleshooting using tools like LogMeIn and SCCM Remote Assistant
* Assisting employees with walk-in support for laptops or devices
* Supporting various IT projects and creating internal documentation
* Monitoring systems for server outages, network issues, or security alerts
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent graduates (within the last 1–2 years) with a degree in Information Technology or a related field
* Technical skills in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, basic networking (IP, DNS, VPN), hardware/software support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, ITIL fundamentals, and Office 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Power BI
* Strong communication and customer service skills with patience, empathy, and teamwork
* Effective time management, clear documentation, and a strong customer service mindset
* Strong problem-solving skills focused on troubleshooting, attention to detail, and task prioritization
Compensation & Benefits
* Band 4 salary from $75,802 per annum plus superannuation
* Full-time, 38 hours per week
* 2 Year Fixed term contract until March 2028
* Fortnightly rostered day off (RDO)
* Werribee based with potential work across multiple locations within Wyndham Municipality
