The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Strata or Property Manager to enhance this expanding team. You'll benefit from a supportive and structured environment while managing a portfolio tailored to your skills and preferences. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Cultivating and maintaining key relationships with property owners and committees
2. Interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
3. Providing expert strata advice to clients
4. Handling dispute resolution and contract negotiations
5. Coordinating building repairs, obtaining quotes, and overseeing maintenance
6. Preparing and managing budgets, and producing financial reports
7. Chairing owners' and committee meetings
8. Organising and facilitating virtual and onsite meetings, including periodic site inspections
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a Strata Manager with:
1. Previous experience in Strata or Property Management
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
3. A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
4. Excellent time management and organizational skills
5. High-level written and verbal communication skills
