You will be managing a very tidy portfolio with just 100 properties. You'll have consistent support to complete your role, with extra help always available from your colleagues and manager as you need it. You will also be supported by a Property Management Assistant, so you will truly have the time in the day to stay proactive in your role.
Our business model is set up to provide extremely high service to our clients, by reducing the amount of clients you need to maintain relationships with.
Skills and attributes
* Current Cert. of Registration in ACT
* Current drivers license
* Minimum 2 years in Property Management
* Driven to go the extra mile and pride in provided excellent service to our clients
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Eagerness to learn and grow as part of a flexible team
* Self motivated, mature and responsible. We don't micromanage here!
