United Cranes & Rigging is an exciting, rapidly growing company with a modern fleet of cranes. We are seeking experienced and safety-conscious Crane Operators, Riggers & Dogmen to join our expanding team. Positions Available:
* C6-CO Crane Operator
* Basic-Intermediate Rigger
* Dogman
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating cranes safely and efficiently, ensuring all lifting operations are completed in line with company safety protocols.
* Adhering to site-specific safety regulations and protocols at all times.
* Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance for equipment and tools.
* Rigger Duties: Securing loads, assisting with crane operations, and ensuring safety during lifting activities.
* Conducting pre-start checks and routine maintenance on crane equipment
* Communicating effectively with site managers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate crane operations
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Providing guidance and training to less experienced team members
Essential Requirements:
* Current High-Risk Work License for Crane Operations and Rigging.
* White Card (Construction Induction Training).
* Current Driver's License (HR preferred).
* Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol Testing.
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance with all safety guidelines.
Highly Desirable:
* Working at Heights qualification.
* EWP (Elevated Work Platform) license.
* Scissor Lift qualification.
