Finance Operations Officer Job Overview

This role is a critical part of our finance team, responsible for managing the school's accounts receivable processes and supporting the finance manager to maintain financial integrity and efficiency.

* This includes experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivable or similar roles.
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing is required.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective debtor liaison.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems is also required.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
* Appropriate office administration qualifications and/or experience in a small to medium-sized organisation are preferred.
* Computer literacy, including the ability to work with a double-entry accounting system and Microsoft Office suite, is necessary.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the school's accounts receivable processes.
* Support the finance manager to maintain financial integrity and efficiency.
* Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service to debtors.
* Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team.
