Sales Engineer
Rubrik seeks a Sales Engineer to provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional sales team. The successful candidate will drive innovative technical programs, oversee day-to-day account-level activities, and evangelize Rubrik's hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform.
* Provides technical leadership and direction to customers and internal staff in pre-sales activities.
* Assists in analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
* Demonstrates technical leadership on Rubrik's products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings.
* Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop solutions meeting customer requirements.
* Makes technical and sales presentations to customer staff and senior management.
* Serves as trusted technology advisor and internal resource on technical issues.
* Built relationships with account teams, partners, and customers to support sales objectives.
The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of sales engineering experience with large enterprise clients, preferably in software or data-center environments. Key skills include cloud data management, backup and disaster recovery, and data analytics.
