What You'll Do
* Ensure alignment across multiple products and delivery roadmaps
* Guide planning, prioritisation, and progress of major strategic initiatives
* Drive clear, proactive stakeholder communication and issue resolution
* Lead workshops to gather requirements, define scope, and manage risks
* Produce high‐quality documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
* Evaluate and improve processes, systems, and data flows for greater efficiency
* Collaborate with Product Leaders, Product Managers, Engineering, and Architects
* Build strong relationships and act as a trusted adviser across the Supply Technology team
What We're looking for
* Experience leading complex initiatives end‐to‐end and content switching without output degradation
* 3–5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst (within Finance, Travel or Technology)
* Strong capability with JIRA, Confluence, Miro and BA methodologies
* Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and cross‐functional teams
* Highly organised, self‐driven, and adaptable in fast‐paced environments
* Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and risk evaluation
* Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills
