About the role:
Reporting to the Residential Manager you will be a valuable member of the Care team who coordinates the Activities programs for residents, motivating residents towards their emotional and physical rehabilitation through the provision of recreational activities, enhancing their psychological, social and physical wellbeing.
This is a part-time position requiring availability 37.5 hours each fortnight.
About you:
* Certificate III in Aged Care or Lifestyle
* Demonstrated experience in an Aged Care environment in providing and coordinating activities, care and/or support services
* Highly developed interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
