We have an exciting opportunity for a **customer care consultant** to work at our Site located in **Hamilton** **QLD**

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Assist account managers with customer quotes, enquiries, and upkeep
- Understanding customer's sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Previous experience in a high-volume call centre environment
- Exposure or experience with industrial safety products will be highly regarded
- Outstanding customer service skills with a 'customer first' approach
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are essential
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Hamilton QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
