We have an exciting opportunity for a **customer care consultant** to work at our Site located in **Hamilton QLD**

**Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Assist account managers with customer quotes, enquiries, and upkeep
- Understanding customer's sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, between the hours 7.30am to 4.10pm
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are preferred
- Exposure or experience within a call centre or retail environment is preferred
- A willingness to learn
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
