Join our Land Lease Communities team and help shape vibrant lifestyle villages for over 50s across Victoria. This is your chance to deliver exceptional built form projects clubhouses, recreational facilities, and high-quality homes while making a real impact on how people live and connect.
We're looking for a
Project Manager with strong built form experience, ideally from a
Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction background
, ready to bring hands-on expertise to our growing communities.
What You'll Do
* Deliver projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely outcomes.
* Coordinate contractors and consultants to achieve construction milestones.
* Champion HS&E standards and support sustainable development practices.
* Manage daily site activities, inspections, and defect resolution.
* Drive cost efficiencies through procurement, financial forecasting, and reporting.
About You
You're passionate about creating places where people thrive. You bring a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead and motivate teams. You want a role that combines all facets of project management including design, site coordination, procurement and commercial oversight, whilst still having an active involvement with site activities.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Proven experience delivering built form projects (experience with apartments, hotels, clubhouses, or medium-density housing will be viewed favourably).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong commercial acumen with capability in procurement and financial reporting.
* Hands-on approach with confidence managing site activities and coordinating contractors.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or related field.
