Our organization seeks a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our Darwin office.
Main Responsibilities:
* Office Management
* Coordinate events and activities, including client meetings and industry events
* Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance/management
* Assist with financial management, including purchasing orders, invoice payments, credit card payments, expense claims, and client invoicing
* Ensure compliance with office health and safety procedures
* Support project managers in drafting proposals and tenders
* Assist with deliverables, including formatting documents, collation of information, scanning, and binding
* Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and process expense claims
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience in administration with proven organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Possess a positive attitude with an energetic approach to tasks
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills
