Interior Design Consultant Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home personalisation process, including interior colours, finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, street appeal, and outdoor living.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the interior design of new homes for Australian families. As an Interior Design Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible results.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Support customers through the home personalisation process
* Develop effective relationships with key supply partners
* Confirm upgrade pricing with clients and estimating departments
* Administer colour selection documents and upgrade lists
* Follow up with clients on queries and clarifications
* Provide accurate and timely paperwork to the Customer and Operations team
Requirements
* Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in an interior design residential selections role
* Understanding of new home construction, colour schemes, and styles
* Ability to interpret residential building plans and specifications
* High attention to detail and customer service skills
