Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time. This role involves translating strategic vision into actionable plans, talent mentoring, workforce management, security and risk management as well as regulatory compliance and safety.
The successful candidate will be the champion of our project management system to improve conversion execution efficiency and client outcomes. They will work closely with the executive team and key stakeholders to implement business strategies with a strong focus on leadership operational excellence & resource management.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in an operational leadership role or COO position, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Mechanical Civil Structural Engineering or related field or MBA (Master of Business Administration).
