About the Role
We are looking for a Casual Reservations Agent to join our front office team. This role involves managing guest bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle phone and email inquiries professionally.
* Process reservations accurately using booking systems.
* Provide information about retreat packages and services.
* Assist with guest requests and liaise with other departments.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in reservations or hospitality (preferred).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
