* Drive continuous safety enhancements through wellbeing initiatives and training programs, providing actionable insights.
* Conduct thorough incident investigations, offer coaching, and ensure timely follow-up actions.
* Oversee safety incident reporting and compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Implement comprehensive health and safety plans across the organization.
Essential Skills:
* Hold a Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
* Demonstrate sound injury management skills and experience in Workers' Compensation and Income Protection.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role, showcasing commitment to ongoing professional development.
