ABOUT US:

Ngurratjuta/Pmara Ntjarra Aboriginal Corporation (Ngurratjuta) is a progressive Aboriginal Corporation that supports and maintains the development of opportunities and ongoing success of community-controlled enterprises, initiatives, and service delivery. Ngurratjuta is driven by a commitment to supporting our communities and their residents, aiming to deliver high quality services that meet needs and aspirations of the region.

Ngurratjuta was incorporated in August 1985 under the Aboriginal Corporations Act 1976 (Cth) before transitioning to incorporation under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (Cth). Ngurratjuta's original purpose was to provide financially independent Aboriginal Communities with Inter-Community Corporations and utilise royalty funds to build an active investment base to protect accumulated royalty funds.
