This is a role built for a true hunter — someone who wakes up thinking about success, new conversations, and new opportunities. You will aggressively grow Ubiquiti's footprint across Enterprise Networking, Surveillance, and Access Control through relentless channel partner recruitment, activation, and development.
Leader is proudly Australian with a national presence (5 States), and headquartered in Adelaide.

Preferred Experience
1. Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding new business targets
2. Background in one or more of: Enterprise Networking, Wireless, Security & Firewalls, IP Surveillance, or Access Control
3. Familiarity with leading brands in the ecosystem: Security & Firewalls: Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall, WatchGuard
Surveillance: Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, Milestone, Genetec
Access Control: Salto, 2N, Suprema, HID, Gallagher, ICT
4. Experience working with distributors, MSPs, or IT resellers.
5. Ideally from a Electrical Wholesaler Background
6. Recruit a minimum of 30 new active reseller/integrator partners per month across target verticals.
7. Conduct 30–50 outbound calls per day to prospect, qualify, and convert new channel partners.
8. Maintain a dynamic, well-managed pipeline of prospects at all times, always knowing your next 10 conversations.
9. Identify and target system integrators, IT resellers, and AV/security installers not yet transacting.
10. Develop and execute territory attack plans focused on Enterprise Networking, Surveillance, and Access Control.
11. Track all prospecting activity, touchpoints, and conversion rates rigorously.
In-House Market Share Growth
* Drive deeper wallet share within new partners, if they sell other brands, you find out what is preventing them from moving to Ubiquiti.
* Working with the local sales team and branch managers to drive significant growth.
* Own & manage TOP100 corporate accounts in your state.
* Run business reviews with new partners to identify displacement and co-sell opportunities.
* Push Ubiquiti full-stack and campus solutions as the preferred alternative to incumbent brands.
* Identify competitive positions (other brand key strengths) and develop targeted displacement strategies.
* Collaborate with technical pre-sales to deliver solution-level value propositions that win business.
Relationship & Territory Management
* Become the person that partners trust to handle their requests FAST, driving action to make everything EASY for the partner.
* Maintain a structured cadence of calls, meetings, and site visits with top-tier and high-potential partners.
* Represent Ubiquiti at industry events, expos, and partner days.
* Escalate partner issues quickly and own resolution — partners should never feel unheard.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and product teams.

Location: Leader Computers - 39 King Edward Rd, Osborne Park WA 6017. (Full‐time in the office or traveling to clients, with no remote or hybrid component)
