About The Role
CSR are seeking a dynamic Multi-Site Operations Manager to oversee and optimise daily operations across two sites within Queensland (Oxley and Darra). This role is critical in ensuring performance in manufacturing, production, maintenance, and supply, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll guide multi-disciplinary teams, implement lean principles, and foster a culture of excellence. You'll be instrumental in aligning operational practices across sites, optimising processes, and supporting broader business strategy through collaboration and innovation.
Some Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Lead daily operations across Oxley and Darra sites to ensure optimal performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and uphold quality standards.
Develop, mentor, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, driving collaboration and high performance across sites.
Establish and track performance goals, conducting regular reviews to ensure continuous development and achievement.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and foster a high-performance.
Standardise and roll out best practice operational procedures.
Manage budgets effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or efficiency.
Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, track costs, and optimise outcomes.
What You Bring To The Role
Proven experience in operations management.
Experience in the manufacturing, logistics or similar industry, with a strong understanding of its operational requirements and challenges.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentorship and collaboration.
Demonstrated success in implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving continuous improvement.
Financial acumen, including experience managing operational budgets and cost optimisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
