With a rich history spanning over 70 years and a future-focused approach, we’re seeking a values-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the next chapter of transformation, growth, and impact in a rapidly evolving NDIS environment.
About the Role
As CEO, you will report to the Board and lead a strong Executive Leadership Team to deliver Endeavour Foundation’s transformation strategy and operational priorities. You will steer the organisation’s direction and performance, position Endeavour Foundation for sustainable success within a highly complex and competitive sector while shaping a culture of safety and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver transformational strategy aligned with the organisation’s purpose
* Drive financial sustainability, innovation and operational excellence, across diverse service offerings
* Champion a client-first culture while maintaining strong governance and continuous improvement practices
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing Executive Leadership Team
* Foster inclusive, values-based leadership across the organisation
* Build on strong relationships with government, communities, and sector stakeholders to advocate for people with intellectual disability
About You
You are a strategic and inspirational leader with a demonstrated record of leading large, complex organisations through transformational change—ideally across both commercial and human services sectors. You thrive on delivering meaningful change, connect deeply with purpose, and can balance strategic vision with operational excellence.
You will bring:
* Extensive experience at Chief Executive leadership level in a national or multi-site environment
* Demonstrated experience of transforming large complex organisations through developing, planning and executing organisational strategy
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Strong commercial acumen and experience managing financial performance in alignment with mission outcomes
* Deep understanding of regulatory environments at both federal and state level—experience with the NDIS and the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable
* Experience in advocacy at federal, state and local government levels is highly desirable
