Senior Manager for Early Education
The Senior Manager for Early Education plays a pivotal role in leading Centre Directors and Nominated Supervisors to deliver exceptional Early Education and Care services.
* Coach, mentor and train leadership teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
* Drive quality, compliance and financial targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Ensure each service strives to Exceed the National Quality Standards by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Support the recruitment of high-quality educators and sector leaders who share our vision and values.
* Manage contract delivery, budgets and funding streams (CCS, Inclusion etc) effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
* Lead a culture of child safety, compliance and accountability by promoting best practices and conducting regular risk assessments.
* Utilize data analytics to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, informing strategic decisions and driving business outcomes.
* Partner with the Executive Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, mitigate risks and maximize returns.
