In this role you will:
Partner with Account Executives to support customer success through quotes, proposals, and tailored solutions
Manage customer and vendor relationships through responsive email and phone communication and apply proactive problem-solving
Drive operational excellence through accurate pricing, reporting, and order management, while working to strict SLAs
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
Support business development through administrative excellence and event coordination
Manage customer portal pricing and maintain stock levels
About You
2+ years\' experience in technology sales support or customer service
Able to work in a team and also manage your own workload
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Proven track record of building positive customer relationships
Sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive with a positive work attitude, and able to pick up new information quickly
Experience in IT product administration and vendor management
