About the Role
As a bricklaying apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople on residential and commercial projects. You will learn all aspects of bricklaying while completing a nationally recognised apprenticeship.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Assisting qualified bricklayers on site
* Preparing materials, tools, and work areas
* Mixing mortar and handling bricks and blocks
* Learning bricklaying and blocklaying techniques
* Following workplace health and safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and organised work site
What We're Looking For
* Genuine interest in learning the bricklaying trade
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
* Willingness to listen, learn, and take direction
* Ability to work as part of a team
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Driver's licence and transport preferred but not essential
