About the Role
* Assist clients with tasks such as toileting, bladder and bowel support, including catheter and stoma care management.
* Complete personal support routines for clients with spinal injuries and other complex health needs.
* Manage trachea care under clinical supervision, administer medication, and provide wound care assistance.
* Support clients with meal preparation, light household duties, and laundry.
* Accompany clients to appointments and social activities using transportation services or their own vehicles.
About You
* You must have a positive attitude, be empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills.
* A background in nursing, aged care, or disability support is beneficial but not essential.
* Full training and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success in this role.
* You must be reliable, able to commit to shifts, and physically fit to perform tasks that require lifting and bending.
* Treat others with dignity and respect, maintaining a non-judgmental approach.
* Listen actively and communicate authentically, working independently when required.
* Display a willingness to learn and adapt to diverse client needs and environments.
