* We are seeking an individual who can provide executive-level assistance to our Director, including calendar and travel coordination across various regions.
* The successful candidate will engage with clients and candidates through email, phone, and in-person meetings, fostering strong relationships and building trust.
* This role also involves supporting business development activities, such as scheduling, client research, and CRM updates, to drive growth and success.
* The ideal candidate will have experience with job posting and candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Seek, and internal platforms, as well as attending candidate and client meetings with confidence and poise.
* Assistance with marketing campaigns and email distribution to our large APAC network is also essential, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.
* In addition, this role involves coordinating licensing and admin tasks for Singapore and Hong Kong employment agency compliance, ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date and accurate.
* The successful candidate will also provide light accounts support (AP/AR) to the CFO and finance team, assisting with tasks such as invoicing and reconciliations.
* Maintenance of our CRM/database and regular candidate communications is crucial, as well as occasional travel coordination for trips within APAC.
