The Opportunity
We're recruiting on behalf of a highly respected commercial property agency with over 22 years of industry excellence. As their team continues to grow, they're seeking a Lease Administration Manager to support their Sales, Leasing, and Property Management divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with commercial property experience who enjoys working behind the scenes, managing lease documentation and onboarding new assets.
What you'll be doing
* Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and new lease documentation
* Coordinate legal contracts, disclosure statements, HOAs, CTAs, and RTAs
* Support onboarding of new clients and assets into the portfolio
* Provide general admin support to the Office Manager
* Work autonomously with support from the Asset Management team
What you'll need
* 2–3 years' experience in commercial property
* QLD Certificate of Registration or equivalent
* Strong MS Word & Excel skills (MS365)
* Experience with property management software
* High attention to detail and excellent time management
* Professional presentation and communication
* Must be an Australian citizen
