**Objective: Training provided**
- Provide the latest market intelligence to out group companies through regular research
- Periodic data input operations (Issuance of invoices, payment, updating of statistical data, updating of general Australia profile, etc.)
- Information collection, analysis, making reports, and delivery (1) Reading news media and (2) acquiring information through conversations with analysts and local experts
- Attend and coordinate various arrangement for visitors from end users or our group companies
- Research and report energy transition technology (such as Hydrogen) then expand the network
**Position Purpose**
This position is responsible for providing administrative, sales and business development support for the Mineral Resources Division and the Sydney Branch and assist Mineral Resource's activities through providing support in market intelligence.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
- To provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of businesses, including checking/forwarding shipping documents, invoicing, data input and filing
- To liaise with local industrial network (shipping agent, coal chain, analyst) to obtain relevant information and report to stakeholders
- To accurately record data using SAP, Excel and intranet
- To support market intelligence and provide market report through searching/summarising coal mining/Energy industry related news/report, and share with all stakeholders
- To assist business development, research, attend the seminar and network with new energy related industries such as Hydrogen
- To assist in coordinating/organizing visitors arrangements and attend the visit if necessary
- Collaborate closely with other staff and provide guidance where required

**Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification, in relevant discipline
**Skills**:
- English language skills
- Mid to advance level of written and verbal Japanese skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced communication and networking skills
- Ability to digest, summarize, analyse and document information
- Have an interest in new things and have a desire to grow without deciding on their own range of work
- Experience working with a Japanese or global organisation would be beneficial, but is not required
Optional
- Over 3 years' commercial experience, preferably in sales
- SAP experience preferred
Some logistic experience
Experience in Trade would be beneficial and is preferred, however is not a strict requirement if they have a developing interest in the industry
Professional and energetic/outgoing approach toward work and interactions with others
Ability to liaise with both external and internal contacts and take initiative in communication or offering support to the team
Comfortable working in a small team, and working with colleagues in interstate offices (Melbourne & Perth)
Great attention to detail and good ability for daily operational tasks, i.e. organising their workload, administrative tasks like invoicing, etc.
Ability to speak and read both English and Japanese, at a professional level, is preferred
