As a key player in the retail sector, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist with day-to-day store operations. This includes providing exceptional customer service, training and developing new team members, creating rosters that meet business needs, ensuring accurate stock levels, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer experiences at all times.
* Team Training and Development: Develop the skills of new team members to ensure they meet customer needs.
* Rostering: Assist with creating rosters that meet business requirements and ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies to management.
* Health and Safety: Implement health and safety policies and procedures.
