What you'll do
* Drive stability and uplift across critical operational systems
* Solve complex engineering problems in a diverse technology landscape
* Work autonomously with real impact in a high trust environment
* Maintaining stability and reliability across critical operational and integration systems
* Diagnosing complex issues across batch, real‐time and integration workloads
* Implementing targeted enhancements within an established architecture
* Collaborating with technology teams to deliver pragmatic solutions and improvements
* Supporting incident response and contributing to system resilience and continuity
Your experience
* Extensive hands‐on software engineering experience across mixed technology environments
* Strong capability across languages in C#/.NET, Java, SQL and scripting tools
* Confidence working across legacy and modern systems without full context
* Proven ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical solutions under pressure
* Clear communication skills and a pragmatic, outcome‐focused mindset
