We’re a close-knit painting company that has grown exceptionally fast thanks to our strong work ethic, structured systems, and commitment to quality. Most of our projects sit in the high-end commercial sector, where precision, organisation, and professionalism are everything. With our rapid growth, we’re looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee multiple commercial painting projects each week. Conducting daily routine checks, this role works directly under our Operations Manager and alongside the Project Coordinator. It is not a tools-based role – it’s about leadership, communication, foresight, and accountability. You’ll be driving performance, not just participating in it.
