Wastewater System Technician Role

Responsibilities will include routine maintenance of septic and wastewater systems, operating vacuum trucks for septic pump-outs and liquid waste disposal, and clearing blockages.
* Maintenance and operation of residential and commercial septic and wastewater systems
* Operation of Vacuum Trucks for septic pump-outs, liquid waste disposal, grease trap cleaning, and blockage removal
* Basic plumbing and occasional installation of septic treatment equipment
* Conduct site assessments, service records, and use app-based documentation systems
* Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong client relationships
Requirements
* Mechanical aptitude (essential)
* Experience in liquid waste management, wastewater systems, or plumbing is highly valued
* MR License (essential)
* Physically fit – able to lift, kneel, bend, and perform manual tasks
* Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
* Reliable, independent, and able to manage daily schedules
* Excellent communication skills and customer-centric attitude
* Comfortable using iPads and app-based job systems
* Flexible availability and clean driving history
