We’re growing – and we’re looking for experienced Boilermakers to join our high-performing Geelong team.
About the Role
As a Boilermaker at Hanlon Industries, you’ll be at the heart of building high-quality structural steel for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values precision, initiative, and safety—every step of the way.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job cards (JCPs).
Fabricating, assembling, and welding structural steel components.
Carrying out repairs on tanks, vessels, and structural frameworks.
Ensuring products are finished to the highest standard.
Contributing to a safe, clean, and collaborative workshop environment.
What We’re Looking For
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) or equivalent.
Proven welding and fabrication experience.
Strong knowledge of fabrication safety standards.
Physical fitness and dexterity for workshop tasks.
Team player with initiative and attention to detail.
Forklift and/or overhead crane tickets, and basic computer literacy (desirable).
