Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Assist in managing, motivating, and training a high-performing team to achieve excellent customer service standards and meet sales goals. Operational Support: Help manage daily store operations, including rostering, stock management, inventory control, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld. Sales & Performance Management: Support the Store Manager in driving store performance by focusing on key metrics, such as sales, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT). Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example in delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner. Administrative Support: Assist with reporting, stock audits, and maintaining compliance with store policies and procedures. Ideal Candidate: Proven Retail Leadership: Previous experience in a retail supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably within fashion or essentials retail. Sales & Operational Focus: Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage store operations effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-Oriented: Passionate about leading and developing a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-Oriented & Organised: Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy retail setting. Customer-Centric: A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
