We are seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 200-key resort, ensuring a seamless guest experience while managing the complexities of a strata-titled property. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership across all departments, including food & beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
The successful candidate will oversee financial performance, including budgets, forecasting and cost control, while managing strata obligations and building strong relationships with the Body Corporate. They will also be responsible for driving guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional service standards, as well as ensuring compliance with brand standards and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

About You:
* Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a 4–5-star resort or hotel environment
* Strong operational expertise, including food & beverage leadership
* Experience managing strata letting management or working with Body Corporate highly regarded
* Hands-on management style with a focus on team development and engagement
* Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
