Early Childhood Education and Care Leader
Role Overview
The Centre Director will lead a team providing high-quality early childhood education and care to children. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to develop partnerships with families and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships with families and the community through profiling and marketing the service.
* Ensure the provision of a high-quality educational program that meets the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
* Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the relevant authority.
* Demonstrated understanding of early childhood development and education.
* Experience working in a similar role or related field.
