About The Opportunity
We have a
permanent part-time
position available for an experienced clinical nurse. Our 42-bed
Rehabilitation Unit
provides both inpatient and day program services across a diverse range of specialties, including orthopaedic, neurological, amputee, musculoskeletal, pain management, arthritis, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
In this role, you will take on an important clinical leadership position, working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager while providing guidance and support to your colleagues and delivering specialised, high-quality patient care.

Your Skills And Experience
We are looking for a committed and compassionate nurse with strong communication and leadership qualities.
You will bring:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* At least 3 years of experience in a relevant specialty area.
* Demonstrated ability to lead by example as a positive and professional role model.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
* Excellent time management and clinical problem-solving skills.
* A passion for mentoring and supporting junior staff.
* Postgraduate qualifications in a specialty area (desirable but not essential).
Remuneration
: A base hourly rate ranging from
$ $58.82 +
superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD Registered Nurse/Midwife Level
